The agreement is effective from 1. January 2022 and has a term of 24 months. <\/p>\n<p>The agreement will benefit the approximately 1.500 employees of ComTS. The collective agreement provides for a 1.5 percent increase in salaries as of January 1, 2009. January 2022 before. As of 1. January 2023, there will be a further increase of 1 percent. An agreement was reached between employers and employees. <\/p>\n<p> The new collective agreement primarily includes an increase in compensation and a better work-life balance.
